- The Enterprise postpaid mobile offers shall be available as basic, and group offers with recurring option.
- Customers shall visit Ethio telecom Enterprise Service Centers to subscribe for the offers.
- Limited resources of enterprise postpaid mobile service shall be transferable.
- Enterprise postpaid mobile service resource usage priority shall be as the following.
- On net minutes
- All net minutes
- OOB rates
- Maximum 50% of unused resource of customers (data & voice) shall be rollover for next month. During rollover, next month consumption shall be start from the rollover resources of last month and then main plan follows.
- Welcome bonus data shouldn’t be rollover & given upon subscription only for the first month of subscription.
- Customers shall fill application form & engage in contract for 2 years postpaid contract plan.
- Enterprise customers can buy multiple contract plan for their employees, customers, and clients (one contract plan for a single number).
- If customers subscribed for postpaid mobile contract plan on any date of the month, contract plan benefit will be released and will be valid for 30 days starting from subscription date recurring every month.
- 24 months postpaid mobile contract offer shall not be terminated without settling the agreed contract period
- If the customers want to terminate the service within / before end of the contract period, first she/he expected to pay the penalty payment and can terminate the service.
- The penalty calculation will be: Penalty = Monthly rent * discounted percentage (45%) * total month of the service used
- International call is allowed for both destination one & destination two
- Destination one: USA, Canada, France, China, Israel, Norway, India, Kuwait
- Destination two: Australia, Kenya, Nigeria, Germany, Saudi, Arabia, UK, Sudan, U.A.E
- Out of package usage for Enterprise postpaid mobile users
- Data: 8 Cent/MB
- Voice: 25 Cent/Minute.
- SMS: 8 Cent/SMS
- Off net voice prevailing tariff: Birr 75 Cent/Minute
- Monthly rent shall be Free (9 Birr Free).
- All prices are 15% VAT inclusive
