Eligibility Criteria for Merchant
- Receive payment via telebirr/ sale goods and services via telebirr
- E-money balance in wallet/business wallet
- Air-time top-up
- Repayment will improve Merchants credit amount
- Active merchant for three months.
- Not engaged on deliberate fraudulent activity.
- Contractual Agreement with Ethio telecom for the credit. (Please visit nearby service center to sign contract)
- Renewed license and TIN number (where applicable) shall be mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria for Agent
- telebirr transaction to be considered for credit:
- Package Sales
- Utility Payment
- Cash Out
- Airtime top up
- of Customer registration and upgrade
- Commission payment
- Active agent for three months
- Not engaged in deliberate fraudulent activity
- Agent engagement criteria fulfilment
- Contractual Agreement with Ethio telecom for the credit. (Please visit nearby service center to sign contract)
