Customers can get their barred, suspended and pre-deactivate fixed line voice service with free 600 calling minutes to fixed line as well as 120 calling minutes to mobile which will be distributed for 6 consecutive months.

Terms and Conditions

• Customer can activate their fixed line number with free of reconnection fee at nearby Ethio telecom service center.
• Customers can get new fixed line apparatus with 160 Birr or bring their previous defected/damaged apparatus in exchange for the new one with 100 Birr.
• The previous unpaid bill should be kept as it is and customers are expected to settle at one time or instalment bases to get the promotional incentives.
• Monthly unutilized free benefit will be expired at the end of the month and not transferred to other party.
• If customer become inactive after reconnection, the system will reject releasing the gift offer and will not release the inactive month free offers. But when the number became active after settling bill, the free plan/offer will be released again.
