Terms and Conditions

• Only residential customers are eligible.
• One month Fixed Broadband usage payment will be discounted by 8% and the amount will be distributed/applied for 12 months if only customers remains in active status every month.
• The existing fixed line voice users can apply for Fixed Broadband internet by paying 50% of the modem price and get 50% discount of the modem price.
• If customer apply newly for both fixed broadband internet and fixed line voice service, they will get 65% discount of the modem by paying 35% of the modem price. The newly combo service subscribers also can get the fixed line voice apparatus freely and 1^st month unlimited local fixed to fixed line calling minutes.
• If the status changed to inactive due to failure of monthly bill payment, the discount and the bonus given will be stopped for the inactive month. But if customers pay their bill and back to active status, the discontinued bonus will be reactivated again.
• The bill announcement and any related procedures associated with bill policy is kept unchanged.
• While customers merging fixed broadband with the existing fixed voice, all combo related policy will be applicable and not changed except promotional incentive plans.
• Existing cash deposit requirement policy shall kept and unchanged.
• Unused free benefit will be expired at the end of the validity period.
• The available free attached resources are only applicable for local usage. Out of bundle, international and premium numbers calls shall be rated in prevailing tariffs.
• Customers who requests for the service within the promotion period but cannot get served within the promotion period due to different reasons, they shall be served with promotional offers or tariffs manually.
• Existing monthly service rent 9 Birr remain unchanged.
