  • Dial *127# Or login to telebirr mobile app
  • Select ‘Send Money’ from the menu
  • Enter/Select recipient’s phone number
  • Enter amount you want to send
  • Enter PIN
  • Confirm the amount you want to send and to whom by pressing OK/Send Money.
  • You will get confirmation message instantly for the transaction.
  • Dial *127# Or login to telebirr mobile app
  • Select ‘Send Money’ from the menu
  • Enter/Select recipient’s phone number
  • Enter amount you want to send
  • Enter PIN
  • Confirm the amount you want to send and to whom by pressing OK/Send Money.
  • You will get confirmation message instantly for the transaction.

    4. Debit source account to transfer
    5. Fetch
    6. Enter the mobile number
    7. Enter Amount
    8. Transfer

    1. Dial *996# & select No. 1 to login
    2. Enter PIN & select No. 2 (transfers)
    3. Select number 8 (telebirr transfer)
    4. Select debit account & press send
    5. Enter Amount
    6. Enter number 1 (submit payment) & press send

  1. Dial *812#
  2. Enter your pin code
  3. Enter No.7 to select Transfer to telebirr
  4. Enter the receiver telebirr mobile number
  5. Enter the amount of money
  6. Select your bank account to be deducted
  7. Enter 1 to confirm

  1. Insert user ID,Pin & press login
  2. Select account
  3. Select telebirr
  4. Enter phone number amount & Press transfer
  5. Press done

  1. Click online Banking
  2. Enter user ID
  3. Enter password and login
  4. select Transfer from Account to telebirr under Fund Transfer menu
  5. follow the instructions and confirm

  2. Enter PIN & click "submit"
  3. Select "Transaction"
  4. Click "Transfer to telebirr"
  5. Select an account - Enter Mobile Number - Enter Amount - Enter Particulars - Click "Submit"
  6. Click Confirm
  7. Finally you will receive a confirmation displaying a phone & transaction reference number

  2. Enter your PIN no
  3. Enter No. 3 to select "Money Transfer"
  4. Enter No. 5 to select "Transfer to telebirr"
  5. Select "Account to be Debited"
  6. Enter "telebirr mobile number"
  7. Enter "amount" to be transferred
  8. Enter "Remarks"
  9. Enter to 1 select "YES" to confirm, & you will get SMS notification.

  1. Dial *811#
  2. Enter PIN
  3. Enter No. 4 to select Funds Transfer
  4. Select Account Number
  5. Enter No. 3 to select External Transfer
  6. Enter No. 1 to select telebirr mobile money
  7. Write your telebirr mobile number
  8. Enter the Amount
  9. Enter a remark
  10. Enter PIN

Mobile App

  1. Login to BoA mobile
  2. On the side menu click pay or transfer
  3. Click the button load to telebirr
  4. If you want to load money to your mobile number click the switch button ON
  5. Choose the debit account number
  6. If you want to load money to your loved ones, type in the number
  7. Enter the amount to be loaded to telebirr
  8. Click continue
  9. Click load

Mobile App

  1. Open Awash wallet App and Enter your PIN no.
  2. Select telebirr button
  3. Select "own number" and enter your telebirr service account or Select "other account" and enter telebirr service number
  4. Enter "Amount"
  5. Select "Debit Account"
  6. Touch "Submit" button
  7. You will receive SMS notification

  1. Dial *901#
  2. Enter your 4-digit PIN
  3. Enter No. 3 to select "Money Transfer"
  4. Enter No. 3 to select "Transfer to telebirr"
  5. Select No. 1 for your OWN ACCOUNT transfer or Select no. 2 for OTHER ACCOUNT
  6. Select DEBIT ACCOUNT
  7. Enter AMOUNT to transfer
  8. Enter description (Optional)
  9. Enter No. 1 to select YES for confirmation & you will get SMS notification

  1. Dial *881#
  2. Enter the 4-digit security code
  3. Enter No. 4 to select  "telebirr service"
  4. Enter No. 1 to select "Transfer to telebirr"
  5. Select source " Amount"
  6. Select "receiver mobile number"
  7. Enter "the amount of money"
  8. Enter the 6 digit "security code"
  9. Confirmation pop-up will show up

Internet Banking

  1. Login to zemenbank.com.et/zemenib/#/ 
  2. Press payments & transfers
  3. Select bill payments & telebirr
  4. Select telebirr from the group
  5. Enter recipient number, amount & finish the remaining steps

Mobile App

  1. Enter user name & click proceed
  2. Enter passphrase & click login
  3. Select payments
  4. From the category select telebirr & click OK
  5. Enter recipient service number, amount & click save & complete the transaction
