ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም በአመራሩ መካከል የተሻለ ቅርርብ በመፍጠር በመተባበር፣ በመተጋገዝና በመደጋገፍ የተቋሙን እቅድ ለመፈጸምና የጋራ አቋም ለመያዝ የሚያስችል ‘Building Collaborative Work Climate for a Better Result’ በሚል መሪ ቃል በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ ለሶስት ቀናት የሚቆይ የውይይት መድረክ አዘጋጀ፡፡
በመድረኩ ላይ ማህበረሰቡ የሚፈልገውን ጥራቱን የጠበቀና አዳዲስ የቴሌኮም አገልግሎቶችን ለመስጠት የሚያስችሉ የውስጥ አሰራሮችን ማሻሻል ማዕከል ያደረገ፣ እንዲሁም ውጤታማና ወጭ ቆጣቢ የሀብት አጠቃቀምን ተግባራዊ በማድረግ፣ የበጀት ዓመቱ እቅድ ትግበራ በተሻለ ሁኔታ ለማስፈጸም የሚያስችል የአመራር ዝግጁነት ለመፍጠር የሚያስችል ውይይትና የአመራር ክህሎት ስልጠና በማካሄድ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡

Ethio telecom organizes three days workshop under the title’ Building Collaborative Work Climate for a Better Result’ in Bishoftu town.

The Workshop is aimed at establishing close working relations and consensus on the implementation of the Company’s 2011 Ethiopian Fiscal Year annual Plan among its management team. Major discussions have been held on: operational excellence, enhance customer service, effective and efficient resource utilization and leadership skill development to effectively implement the plan.
